Aortic stenosis symptoms include:

  • Chest pain
  • Fatigue
  • Shortness of breath
  • Lightheadnesses, feeling dizzy and/or fainting
  • Difficulty breathing when exercising
  • Swelling in the feet, ankles and legs

Risk factors for aortic stenosis include:

  • Advanced age
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • History of smoking
