At Memorial, we understand that it may be difficult for you to pay your portion of the hospital bill, and we want to make it as easy for you as possible. Self-Pay discounts for patients without health insurance, financial assistance and monthly payment plans are available.

If you are unable to make monthly payments, you may apply for financial assistance. Just complete a financial assistance application and provide proof of income. Qualification is based on your gross income and the number of dependents in your household.

If you do not qualify for financial assistance, monthly payment plans are available. Please ask about our self-pay discount policy for patients without health insurance coverage, financial assistance and/or monthly payment plans.
