CHI Memorial is pleased to announce new members of the board of directors.
Charles L. Arant, president of the Tennessee Aquarium, will remain as chair of the board of directors. Sister Judith Raley, Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, will serve as secretary.
New members of the board include: Christopher St. Charles, M.D., is president of the medical staff and a partner in the Associates in E.N.T./Head and Neck Surgery; Jeffrey T. Wilson, is pastor of the New United Missionary Baptist Church and a former Hamilton County School Board member; Sister Dorothy Jackson, SCN, a member of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth congregation and resident manager of the SCN apartments in Louisville, KY.

Greving, retired executive vice-president, Unum Group; James L.E. Hill, retired chief executive, Lupton Company; James M. Hobson, chief executive officer, CHI Memorial; Christopher T. McKee, vice president, McKee Foods; John P. Nash, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics; Cynthia Nesson, retired senior vice president, Grady Health System; James H.
