Jeff Baldwin

Pharm.D.

Dr. Jeff Baldwin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2006. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy in 2010. Dr. Baldwin came to CHI Memorial in 2010 as a staff/clinical pharmacist. His focus now is on pharmacy informatics, helping to support our EHR. He is a Certified Associate in Healthcare Information Management Systems and is certified in Epic's Willow Inpatient pharmacy module. He also serves as the preceptor for the Orientation and Informatics rotations.
