Kristin Liveris
Pharm.D.
Dr. Kristin Liveris earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from East Tennessee State University in 2020, and completed a PGY-1 residency in 2021 at CHI Memorial Hospital. Since that time, she has remained on staff as a clinical pharmacist serving on antimicrobial stewardship and opioid stewardship teams. She currently serves as a preceptor for the internal medicine learning experience.
