Sarah Gilliam

Dr. Sarah Gilliam received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University’s College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2010.  She joined CHI Memorial as a clinical pharmacy specialist in 2010.  Dr. Gilliam has served as the President of the Pharmacy Practice Council and is currently the editor-in-chief of “Pharmville News”, a pharmacy newsletter produced to improve intradepartmental communication.  She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.    She is an affiliate faculty member for the University of Tennessee Health Science College of Pharmacy, Mercer University College of Pharmacy, and East Tennessee State University College of Pharmacy. She serves as the preceptor for the Medication Reconciliation/Transitions of Care learning experience.
