CHI Memorial Integrative Medicine Associates Expands to Signal Mountain

CHI Memorial Integrative Medicine Associates is expanding and opening its second location.  The new clinic is on Signal Mountain at 1238 Taft Highway, Suite 170 (formerly CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates - Signal Mountain).

Jeffrey Jump, M.D., Mary McKenzie, D.O., and Jordan Kim, M.D., will be joined by Franklin Baker, PA-C, and Amber Smith, MSN, APRN, AANP, at the Signal Mountain location.  They will work with the location’s current clinicians, Sheena Cox, NP; and Maggie Greene, FNP-BC.  All clinicians welcome patients ages five and up.
