Chris Reynolds, NP, joins CHI Memorial Medical Group

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to welcome Chris Reynolds, AGACNP-BC, to CHI Memorial Convenient Care – Signal Mountain.  Reynolds received his bachelor and master degrees in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Reynolds was previously a nurse practitioner with the CHI Memorial Hospitalist program, a flight nurse for Sierra Life Flight in California, and a nurse in the intensive care unit and cardiothoracic intensive care unit at hospitals in California and Alabama. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
