Paul Hoffmann, MD, Joins CHI Memorial Neuroscience Institute

CHI Memorial and CHI Memorial Medical Group are pleased to welcome Paul Hoffmann, MD, to the CHI Memorial Neuroscience Institute.  Dr. Hoffmann received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis and completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) and a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and International Spine Intervention Society.  Dr. Hoffmann has more than 20 years’ experience providing interventional spine management.

“Physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), also known as physiatry or rehabilitation medicine, aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons,” according to AAPM&R.
