Lynn Grotefendt, FNP, Joins CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Cleveland

CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Cleveland is pleased to welcome Lynn Grotefendt, FNP to its staff.  Grotefendt received her bachelor’s degrees in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and her master’s degree in nursing from Emory University in Atlanta.  Grotefendt has worked with CHI Memorial Medical Group since 2016 and has previously worked in hospital, primary care, and urgent care settings.
