Nurse Practitioner Alex Shultz Joins CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Spring City

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to welcome Alex Shultz, FNP, to CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Spring City. She earned a bachelor’s in nursing and a master’s in nursing, family nurse practitioner from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  Shultz has five years of experience caring for patients in emergency room settings.  She is also a certified personal trainer.

Shultz joins Beth Casady, DO, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Spring City.  The practice is located at 225 Clinton Avenue, Spring City, TN 37381.  The clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
