Nurse Practitioner Hillary Templeton Joins CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Chattanooga

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce Hillary Templeton, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Chattanooga in the role of nurse practitioner.  Templeton earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in Murray, KY.  She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in Savannah, GA.  Templeton is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

Templeton has four years of experience working with patients to complete extensive health histories, understand their complex medical needs, and provide comprehensive care including education on healthy habits and disease prevention.  At CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Chattanooga, Templeton joins a highly qualified clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants who work diligently to provide high quality care for individuals ages 18 and older in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Templeton is welcoming new patients.
