Nurse Practitioner Leslie Dye Joins CHI Memorial Convenient Care - Cleveland

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce Leslie Dye, FNP-C, has joined CHI Memorial Convenient Care – Cleveland.  Dye earned her bachelor’s in nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City and her master’s in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  She has 8 years’ experience working with patients in hospital and clinic settings.

CHI Memorial Convenient Care provides urgent medical care for many common conditions including allergies and asthma, fevers and flu, and stitches and sprains. With convenient hours and staffed with the highest quality healthcare professionals, the care individuals need is available at the right time. There's no need to make an appointment, and our medical professionals will coordinate the patient’s personal physician to ensure they receive follow-up care. 

CHI Memorial Convenient Care charges a primary care copay, a less expensive alternative to emergency rooms or most urgent care centers. 

CHI Memorial Convenient Care – Cleveland is located in the Mouse Creek Publix Center at 645 Paul Huff Parkway NW, Ste. 105, Cleveland, TN 37312.
