CHI Memorial Foundation can accept electronic stock transfers. It is the policy of the Foundation that all gifts of stock will be sold immediately. CHI Memorial Foundation will be issued a check 3 days after the sale of the stock minus any minimal fees.
A statement will be issued to the donor proving all necessary information for IRS tax deduction purposes. CHI Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
