Working together to strengthen our community

Friends of CHI Memorial

Friends of CHI Memorial are individuals who support the mission and ministry of CHI Memorial with an annual gift to the Foundation. In FY20, gift to the Friends of CHI Memorial will be used to help end late stage lung cancers. Because lung cancer is often difficult to detect until it has reached late stages, we have historically seen very low rates for survival across the country. Through new technology available, we now have a way to screen for lung cancer to find it in its earliest stages when it is often treatable and survivable.

Here is how your gift can make an impact:

$100 - $249 – will pay for a lung screening for an uninsured individual

$250 - $499 – will cover the cost of a full day health fair for outreach and education

$500 - $999 – will provide nurse navigator assistance for those diagnosed with lung cancer

$1,000 – will pay for the mobile lung coach to operate for one day
