Friends of CHI Memorial are individuals who support the mission and ministry of CHI Memorial with an annual gift of $100 or more to the Foundation. Since 2001, Friends of CHI Memorial gifts have been used to provide a variety of critical technology, equipment and capital projects with the goal of providing the best healthcare available in our community. In 2021-2022, gifts to the Friends of CHI Memorial will be used to support the Stroke and Neuroscience Program.
The CHI Memorial Stroke and Neuroscience Program is focused on one mission: improving the brain and neurologic health of the people of the Chattanooga region and throughout the world.
Our vision is clear and success, with your help, will have major implications for the city of Chattanooga, the state of Tennessee, and far beyond. With years of success and preparation behind us, we are committed to building an internationally renowned Neuroscience clinical care and research program, specializing in all aspects of Neurologic and Neurosurgical care.
Rather than a traditional academic hospital, where the focus is on training doctors, our long-term mission will be squarely on partnering with the best companies from around the world to discover tomorrow’s cures and treatments for dreaded neurological diseases like stroke, dementia, ALS, brain tumors, Parkinson’s, epilepsy and many others.
With your support, we can fulfill our dream of providing the highest level of care possible utilizing well-trained staff and the most advanced technology. This is only possible through the generous support of our community.
