Your patient referrals are important to us. To better facilitate this referral process and improve our communication with you, CHI Memorial’s Patient Intake Center will assist with your transfer needs.
The Patient Intake Center is a one-call customer service center, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It assists all parties involved with the transfer of urgent and same-day admissions.
Our goals are to streamline the referral and acceptance process, making it less time consuming and more convenient for everyone. By coordinating a hospital-to-hospital transfer through the Patient Intake Center, physicians are able to gain "real time" knowledge of bed availability at CHI Memorial.
