Bariatric surgery seminar

CHI Memorial Bariatric and Metabolic Care offers free educational seminars for patients ages 18-69 who are interested in finding out more information about bariatric surgery including laparoscopic gastric band, sleeve and bypass. We typically offer this free seminar at our office but during the pandeminc we have put together a temporary online seminar.
