CHI Memorial Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery offers self pay for sleeve gastrectomy. The $12,000 seeve gastrectomy surgical package includes:

• Surgical Fees
• Hospital Fees
• Anesthesia Fees
• Program Fees

The package also includes BLIS Complication Protection Insurance for Self Patients for 90+ Days including:

• Cardiopulmonary (Heart and Lung problems)
• Thromboembolic (Blood clots)
• Bleeding
• Infection
• Leak
• Perforation
• Stenosis (Narrowing)

You will be responsible for obtaining a list of required pre-admission tests and x-rays determined by your surgeon prior to surgery. This testing will be at your own expense, however many if not all of these tests can be covered by insurance through your primary care provider or a network provider. Your surgeon or anesthesiologist may also find it necessary for you to complete further tests based on the results of the above required testing. You will be notified if further testing will be required.
