Advanced cancer care to heal the whole person
Breast cancer support group
CHI Memorial’s Breast Cancer Support Group offers support for every woman traveling the pathway of breast cancer. Led by a licensed social worker, the group meets on Tuesdays, 10 :00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the MaryEllen Locher Breast Center, Suite 101, Memorial Plaza, 605 Glenwood Drive, Suite 307.
This is a women’s group about change, growth and discovery:
- Exploring your vision of what is possible
- Stretching your soul
- Listening to your intuition
- Taking courageous risks and embracing challenges every step of the way!
Although breast cancer is a physical disease, it affects women in so many other ways, and being part of a group with compassionate, supportive and understanding women who’ve gone through similar experiences can be helpful.
CHI Memorial Center for Cancer Support also offers a support group for women with advanced (stage III or IV) breast or gynecological cancer. The group meets the first and third Thursdays of each month from 12:30 – 2 p.m. in the CHI Memorial Center for Cancer Support, Memorial Plaza Building, 605 Glenwood Drive, Suite 307.
