Crock Pot Turkey Breast
- Turkey breast
- Cooking spray
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- Tyme (3 sprigs or 1 tsp. dried)
Spray the crock pot with cooking spray. Trim fat off of 3 pound turkey breast and place in a crock pot. Cover the bottom of the pot with broth. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic, 3 sprigs of thyme or 1 tsp of dried, 1/2 of an onion sliced, and squeeze 1/2 of a lemon. Cook on low for 4 hours. Check internal temp to reach 165 degrees.
