Physician Assistant Jeremy Waddell Joins CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Soddy-Daisy

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to welcome Jeremy Waddell, PA-C, to CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Soddy-Daisy.  He earned a bachelor’s in exercise science from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a master’s in physician assistant studies from University of Kentucky.  He is certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has 16 years of experience.

Waddell joins Amy Farlett, DNP, FNP, and Abbey Roe, FNP-BC, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Soddy-Daisy.  The practice is located at 210 Walmart Drive, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.  The clinic hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
